I have over 20 years experience leading & facilitating in creative spaces as a director, designer and movement instructor where I witnessed & experienced first-hand the transformative power of creativity and the imagination.
Now, I’m an Expressive Arts Therapist and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, who supports people just like you find, execute & achieve your goals & dreams by using the creative process as a catalyst for change.
Work with me on a 1:1 basis, through my Creative Living & Wellness Program, that will provide you with a personalized & unique program structured to your specific needs. Or, you could join one of my many Workshops, Groups or Classes that I facilitate for those of you who want to create in community.
